Standard Inner Plastic Sizes for 1 kg, 3 kg, 10 kg, and 30 kg are available.

Inner Box

Typically, for the 1 kg size, we offer custom design options to align with the customer's brand. We utilize rotogravure, offset, or flexographic printing methods.

The Masterbox is the main box, typically sized at 10 kg, made from thick cardboard, and sealed with clear tape as per standard. We employ flexographic printing with 1-2 colors.

Paper Bag

The Paperbag is a customer packaging solution that is eco-friendly and cost-effective, utilizing brown recycled paper. We use flexographic printing with 1-3 colors. Typically, it accommodates 30 kg of briquettes. Interested in customization? Let's discuss further through WhatsApp to make a deal.

Wooden / Plastic Pallet

We understand that the unloading process can be time-consuming and costly for customers. Pallets offer a practical solution for product handling. At PT. Alwanas Lestari Coco, we can assist in providing both plastic and wooden pallet procurement, along with issuing ISPM 15 certificates for phytosanitary documentation processes. By standard practice, our shipments do not include pallets. However, upon customer request and with their agreement to cover additional costs, we can provide it

PP / PE Strapping Band

Some of our customers require plastic strapping to facilitate the movement of boxes from one place to another. The purpose of this plastic strapping band is to serve as a lifting medium and provide double protection to ensure the master box remains securely closed during transit. As per our standard practice, plastic strapping bands are not provided. Instead, strong clear tape is applied from the short right corner to the short left side of the master box.

However, if customers require plastic strapping bands, we can provide them at an additional cost, which must be agreed upon in advance.

Silica gel is a desiccant, a substance that absorbs moisture from its surroundings. It typically appears as small, translucent beads or crystals and is commonly found in small packets or sachets within product packaging to preserve dryness.

High moisture levels in briquettes can significantly affect their combustion performance. The higher the moisture content, the wetter the briquettes become, making it more difficult for the fire to ignite and sustain. For countries with high humidity or when planning to stockpile briquettes for extended periods, we recommend using silica gel.
